WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND
EXCHANGE POLICY?
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted with proof within 15 days after the product has been received on the email. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at
our expense. Return address for products is the warehouse address on the package delivered to you, rest will be informed accordingly.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
